"Hotels com shows this property to have a pool and hot tub. They do, but apparently they have been out of order for 2 years. They also state they have laundry service, but when asked, they do not participate in this either. Shower drain doesn't drain much, so tub fills up with water when showering. Hotel is pretty dated, but it's fairly clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast is ok also. The higher review number definitely seems odd, as our experience doesn't equate to much more than a 5 or 6."
