"There are places that call this Hotel a Motel. It is actually a luxurious hotel. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is a beautiful lobby, with a nice bar area. The rooms are quite large and elegant. Having a free shuttle to the airport was also a huge plus. Would happily stay here again."

I stayed in this hotel to be near the Milan Linate airport. I took a taxi from the airport and returned in the am by taxi it was about a 10 minute ride but cost was 29 Euros on return presumably because it was 4AM. The intriguing feature was a covered area that you could park 2 cars outside the door of the room. I am american so this may be a Motel in Europe. The staff were very accommodating and everything was clean. The night staff even made me an espresso before I checked out.
The hotel and our stay was amazing. It was the perfect spot for our time in Milan. The room was clean, well maintained, and great design. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing and a wonderful atmosphere. We spent the afternoon at the pool, which was a great way to relax during a hot week in Milan. Couldn’t say any more. It was great!
This hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests needs. It is located in the city center, so most activities are at walkable distance. You can literally walk to the Duomo.
If I’m ever back to Milan, I will book this hotel again
About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan
We have been going to hotel De la Ville for at least 10 years the staff is welcoming and the location is great one block away from from the Duomo and the galleria for shopping.
This is a new hotel further down that we wanted to stay, but when we arrived it was amazing, clean, easy, great rooms nice small pool area and extremely cost effective. Teh staff were excellent, friendly and the hotel really felt like home. I definitely stay there again. 10 out of 10!!!
Perfect hotel for our visit to Milan. Supermarket around the corner came in handy during our visit with our family. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...

A pleasure to stay there. Excellent breakfasts, attractive clean room and bath. Desk staff were all very helpful calling for taxis, giving useful information. Very pleasant. The location was great for a nice day--long walk to the Duomo but doable. Needed taxi or other transportation on the one rainy day. Taxi cost about 12 Euros to La Scala for example, but was worth it. All in all, very nice and we recommend it. And love the endless cappuccinos at breakfast!!!!
We stayed there for one night twice. The first night when we arrived in Italy we used media as our starting point. The place wasn't easy to find by car. The room was a standard room but the bathroom wasn't as clean as we had expected. We complained and asked to be given a better room. On our return, we got upgraded and got a really nice room.
