"La puerta no serraba bien y no salia agua caliete les estube llamando pero nadie contesto ya que nadie esta ahi y la verdad me decepcióno el lugar yo no lo puedo recomendar asi por que no quiero que pasen lo que pase"

"Clean and large room , excellent shower and amenities , breakfast was ridiculously generous had to tell the people to stop bringing things : chia pudding , several kinds of cakes, two breadbaskets one with croissants and pain au chocolat, the other with savory rolls , jams, butter, cheese , olives , Moroccan sauces , fresh fruit , juice , coffee , cheeses and cold cuts and they offered eggs . We were only two. It was like a huge buffet on our table . Staff was very kind . They have a pool, a Spa. Very nice "

"This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Great beds and the comforters were thick and heavy keeping us warm. The staff got up early and served us breakfast before sunrise at 7:45 am as we were headed to Merzouga that morning."
