"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "

The rooms are a little outdated but its well worth the stay and price. I will be booking here again. Excellent view as well. Great attitude from the entire staff. "Pool was clean and not crowded. Small supermarket close by along with bank ATM and Jollibee. Major mall SM a 3-4 min trike ride away. Although there is a cabaret club R&B at the top end of street the hotel is in a quiet area but only a 5 min taxi ride from Walking/Red Street "

"Great location. Room is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive. Drawbacks: could not get a coffee anywhere. Walking through bar to get to room is odd. Front desk closes at night but security staff is helpful as they can be. Overall, would stay again."
