"The staff were all kind and it was a comfortable hotel. There was an Indian restaurant on-site so there was no problem with food, and the location was good, just 15-20 minutes walk from Mutrah Souq. As it is an old hotel, the toilets and shower rooms were a bit dirty. Overall, it was excellent value for money."

"This resort was absolutely beautiful! The staff especially WAQAS was amazing, he went above and beyond to get me the right room and had it set up nicely for me. I never felt so at home. The food was delicious. Jumeirah Muscat Bay really stole my heart and I cannot wait to go back! I loved my time there. Also the beach is soooo beautiful, soft sand, clean, warm water, this is a slice of heaven!"

"Good location if you do not have a car. Ten minutes walk to bus line 1. Walking distance from the Mwasalat Azaiba bus station, the intercity station. Quiet location surrounded by many good, reasonably priced restaurants. Nice heated pool on rooftop with good views. The pool lost many little tiles, the water can be warmer for November. The rooms are luxurious, super clean and very well maintained. Nice views and good personnel. Check if your breakfast is included in the price. Nobody will tell...
