"Good staff "

"Missing TV in bedroom, missing a dresser for you to put your clothes when you’re staying a week how to live out of the suitcase. Pull rod for share curtain been notified several times to fix they refuse to fix it cleanliness half ass job."

"Usually I don’t have any problems with my stay but we had a roach in our bathroom thankfully it was just one we killed it and flushed it down the toilet, then the tv kept going to a black screen then turn back on, lastly I don’t understand why I had to pay a 50 dollar deposit when I was told I can’t extend my stay at the desk I have to do it on the website and when I usually do do it I never had to pay a deposit fee. Also had these kids playing knocking on my door and running away heard them do it other peoples doors"

"I didn't know the area at all but it actually was really safe. The room was roomy and very clean. Lots of places to eat close by. It's not the best breakfast but it's super convenient and and free. Everyone at the front desk was really nice."

"It was a courtesy for the hotel given me a downstairs room for my accommodations was wonderful "

"I asked to have the bedding to be exchanged but was told it was not available that day, no available slots. That was disappointing "
