"It was Dec so a little too cold in the desert for a comfortable sleep. They enough provided enough quilts but when the bed is cold, it is cold :-) They had warm running water, bathrooms were clean and well equipped. They do not take credit cards so be prepared to carry cash. The owner met us in the city afterwards, we had to stand in line, withdraw money multiple times from the ATM to give him cash. He was very friendly but the process took away time from our schedule. "

"I was excited about this place, having read the 5 star reviews. However, what I read in the reviews did not jive with our experience there. The place appears to be quite run down. The furniture in the rooms was tattered and dirty, the toilet was loose from the floor, the towels were well-worn and hard and felt like they weren’t clean. I realized why when I went in the public bathroom - I was filthy beyond belief and there was a very old washer/spin dryer there which appears to be what the staff...

"We really love the ambiance especially the pool with the saharas was just in the front. We love the amenities and were our room is located Some of the staff are nice but we noticed while we are relaxing outside at eating breakfast they kept on looking on us like we are not allowed to be free.. The room was spacious and unique but not enough light. The toilet set is moving when we are urinating and doing no 2. We are disappointed with the dinner. "On arrival we were asked to book additional transfers plus meals to get to our tents on the other side of the desert. Luckily we could change to the rooms inside Les Pyramides. It was not clear during booking, that the tents need additional for pay transport. We thought the tents were just behind the main building. Cleanliness of the rooms was ok."

"It was a nice experience and definitely enjoyed it, if it was great I would have said so. Our toilet seat was broken the tents were a bit tired, and all in all I think an 8/10. The front of house staff were fantastic, the driver on the expensive 4x4 transfer from Mezougah to the tent was not so friendly but nor was he rude or unpleasant so those are the reasons for our rating"

"Très belle expérience en plein coeur du désert. Les pieds dans la dune, littéralement. Service au top (diner copieux et très bon, mais à payer en extra) avec des jeunes adorables qui vous accueillent très bien (petit concert le premier soir). Le wifi ne marche pas dans les chambres éloignées de la tente commune. Pas grave mais faut le dire. Ils vont installer la clim apparemment. En attendant il faut vivre l’expérience authentique. Magique le soir avec les étoiles. Très joli "jardin" pour regarder le désert . Un vrai effort de décoration. Romantique "
