"We spent three nights here and it was perfect. The hotel is gorgeous, and the rooftop terrace—with its hot tub—was the pièce de résistance. The views of El Morro were absolutely incredible. Breakfast isn’t your standard, forgettable buffet; there’s a full menu with several options, and everything we tried was delicious. The woman who runs the hotel is incredibly sweet and provides outstanding service. Every morning after breakfast, we’d return to our room to find the bed made, fresh towels waiting, and everything tidied up. Would stay again in a heartbeat."
"What a great experience we had at this resort. Really great place with top notch service. The rooms were spotless and confortable…and the views from the room were amazing. All the amenities echo the same level. The staff was great too! So kind and helpful. My only negative was with the restaurants. We really enjoyed Ventanas for breakfast and dinner, but could have skipped the Italian and Japanese restaurants (just mediocre). We did enjoy all the bars and the smoothie shop several days:) thank you for a really great vacation!! I wish I could go back now!"
