We stayed from September 2 thru September 9. It was wonderful the whole time. The restaurant staff was the best. They were always pleasant and helpful. It was kept extremely clean and the food was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Nairobi. The rooms were cleaned every day wth plenty of bottled water in the rooms. Whenever any of the staff saw you they made sure everything was ok with you. The pool was beautiful. My only negative was smoking at the pool.

The service was very good and they were very helpful and made sure that I was okay. I will go there again.

Very nice facility. Big apartments with balcony, city center, swimming pool. The only minus is small gym with not a lot of equipment.

The property was better (and even larger) than we expected. Very spacious and clean. The host and staff were exceptionally prompt with their responses and extra attentive to our requests. We enjoyed a terrific breakfast by the garden pool, which was a nice quiet oasis inside the city. The overall location of the property was also ideal - convenient to all parts of Nairobi, yet also a quiet island that served as a peaceful escape from the busy city life. Convenient location, walk to shopping and dining. It is great that they have an in house restaurant, open 24 hrs a day. After a long daytrip, so good to eat before going up to your room to rest. My room was a one bedroom with a small refrigerator. The bathroom was large. The staff was very friendly. Lots of security for safety.

Booked two rooms for family members.Check in was seamless, friendly staff and will definitely recommend.

The lodge is well built and has beautiful surroundings. You get to see some wild animals as you eat or relax in their common areas. They have all the amenities you would need on a safari trip.

Rooms cleaned any two day of the week. They might need to spruce up the living room pillows though 🤔 Staff were EXCELLENT. Good choice of food from the two in-house restaurants. Convenient shopping right across the street. Fair price.
