"The room was spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi was very good, but dropped out each day. The staff were helpful and very friendly. There were two small water bottles provided each day. However, I would suggest a water station is provided on each floor for guests to use. This would be environmentally friendly and provide guests with hydration. The climate control in the room needs better information on how to access the hot mode. The air blows on the bed with a coldness despite the fan being turned down."

"Did not have breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean. When I checked in, it was Alexandro who assisted me. He was cheerful and helpful and made the check in seemed like a breeze. You should get more staff like him; we weary travelers really appreciate such service. "

"Great hotel. Close to airport. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. It was free to the hotel and cost 12 euros for the way back. (2 adults and a child). If you want to go for an awesome walk along some cute canals there is a little town close by with restaurants and supermarkets. Maybe 25 minutes "

Think that the state of the outside of the building needs to be addressed. Not nearly as welcoming as the inside. The small fridges that are provided for each of the pods don’t seem to get cleaned out regularly enough. "
