Desert Grace was a spectacular place overall. The rooms are gorgeous, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Having a private deck and plunge pool is awesome. Finally, the sunsets and animals wandering around are icing on the cake. Absolutely recommend.
We had a great two night stay. This is a unique place with great staff, excellent food, beautiful views, hiking trails, a pool, and unique rooms in the middle of the desert. We were here at the end of September, and the weather was great. Highly recommend.
I wasn't sure when I first arrived if this would be a good visit, as the place was empty and very remote. But the room was lovely and, after heading off for the afternoon and returning in time for dinner, wow, I was sold. Dinner was superb, with the chef visiting every table to describe the menu and then stopping by again to check on the meal (which was excellent and plentiful). We wanted to be up and out the following morning to get to the sand dunes so left before breakfast was served, but...
The service was impeccable, the hostess went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was magnificent as possible. We arrived quite late due to car trouble yet she stayed up and cooked for us upon our arrival.
