The online portal reservation system needs to be upgraded as it is only linked to unionpay which does not accept non-malaysian credit cards. Free parking in mall parking which is a little bit tricky and very long queue during busy time. Premium parking is available but for very premium cost. The rooms hall is sometimes smelly and moldy. But the room is cleen and no odors.

"The front desk and door staff were very welcoming. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The roof top bar was nit worth going to. Way over priced. 50 Ringgits for glass if beer is OUTRAGEOUS! Go for drinks and dinner across the street at Ming Cafe! Sugn in for breakfast included, it is worth it! "
