This is my favourite hotel in the whole world, and it is always lovely to return to. Blissfully quiet and relaxing ,with great swimming pools and a brilliant spa-pool which is surrounded by sandy-coloured rocks and lovely foliage. This time of year the bouganvilia, hibiscus and oleander flowers are in full bloom. Food is also great ,and breakfast underneath the giant old carob tree is simply the best!
Easy self check-in as we arrived on Christmas. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I was contacted days before my reservation to confirm my room choices etc. The staff is kind and very helpful. The hotel location is in a calm and quiet community. Right next door are two restaurants. I ate at the Lion’s Den, the owner was very kind and the food was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone at the front desk was friendly, capable, and extremely professional. The breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant was also very good. Our room was very nice and sitting in our Jacuzzi late at night and/or in the morning was REALLY nice. On our last day, we did hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, but the maid decided to open the door anyway while we were inside. This could have been an awkward situation, but luckily everyone in the room had clothes on. Honestly...
Very nice hotel. Great location in central Valletta. Most of the staff is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Good amenities. Couldn't check in when we got there, so we left our bags and toured the city. When we returned, the room was ready and the bags had already been brought up.

Lovely spa facilities however during our stay this was not always open. Was great addition when it was. We also booked in for the massage/treatments - this was fabulous. Comfortable heated massage beds, tranquil setting and well practised therapists.
