"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. Breakfast 1was terrible, with no menu to choose from it was just prepared and here's something to eat. Breakfast 2 was better, I think they realised when day 1 was left and we went and ate in town. I would like to think with more people staying the services would be lifted. "
"This was one of the most confusing stays I have ever had, firstly communication from the park was great at first and then more and more and more.. the contact loves a good information flood on WhatsApp
So I thought I had all the information I could need, but quickly realised I actually knew nothing.
Google does not tell you much about the resort apart from poor reviews on restaurants, but I could not find a mart, shops, anything really? There is no information about the resort available, I did see a golf cart carrying people like a taxi.. no idea where they were going or how they booked it?
When we arrived, paid out fee to get in the gate, they copied our passports.
Then arrived at the villa to find the housekeeper there laying on the lounge watching tv. She then made me download a new chat app Zalo just so I could talk to her.. then asked for our passports and typed that she would be back in 2 hours??
We booked a 2 bed deluxe, there is 3 bedrooms there that I think one is the house keepers?? We have no idea if she was there all night or not? She said - I go.. and just disappeared somewhere
We couldn’t figure out hot water, found the pump switch eventually, or figure out the pool jets or lights? With nothing around we ended up having a pack of crisps and water for dinner because that’s what we had in our bags
Grab does not work there as out of town so I had to pre book car service to airport
If you can figure out the details then it would be a nice place to stay "
