"The hotel is very unassuming from the entrance - typical for a city hotel, the reception is on the second floor. The hotel is very Scandinavian and modern in design but it has everything you need for a city stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - two of the names I remember were Jade and Paul but I can't fault anyone.
