"I would say this is an elavated B&B. With only 5 rooms, minimal guests, enough space to allow for nice encounters meeting others or keeping to yourself. The kitchen is quite large so navigating more than a few people preparing the breakfast foods was comfortable and easy. Our room was wonderful with ample space for luggage and feeling removed from the rest of the home. Pool deck was very comfortable and water temp was great. In the heart of wine country with beautiful views and only 7 or so...
