Staff let me stash my bags while I explored the castle for 5 hours, and then again after checkout while I walked around town. Room was super clean, and the shower was the best I've had in awhile. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a full meal and not just a pastry. View from the room was pretty great, too. Heads up to open a window when you shower, or the bedroom will fill up with steam. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Berat.

35 countries under my belt so trust me when I say this hotel is a good one. If you’re gonna be in Berat this is the one to choose. The view down the promenade from the rooftop restaurant is fantastic. Wonderful way to start the day each breakfast. Good location overall, nice park across street, and nice view of the Colombo hotel dome from the same rooftop outdoor deck. Great breakfast. Staff is perfect. Only improvement they could make immediately is get some ice machines on property. ...

The hotel is conveniently located in the Gorica neighborhood right near the bridge so it was an easy walk to restaurants. The property is very charming and well maintained. We had a lovely view from our room. The room had a refrigerator and a teapot. My only complaint was the placement of the air conditioner. It was located so that it was blowing right on my husband. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved this property - the staff is attentive, breakfast was rich and you can also have breakfast in the nice garden, they have free parking. We booked a double room and the reception guy showed us the newly renovated section of the hotel which was recently built he said. The room had a huge and modern bathroom, the room was spacious and spotless. It is a great hotel and would definitely stay again. The only disadvantage was there were mosquitos in the rooms so make sure you bring a mosquito...
