Fue una maravilla quedarme aquí. Del momento en que llegué hasta que me fui, las personas del hotel me trataron de forma increíble. Muy atentos con el esguince que tenía, muy amigables, y pacientes con todas las preguntas que les hacía (era mi primera vez en Xela). El hotel es muy limpio, la cama cómoda, y es tiene un ambiente bastante calmadito. Descansé muy bien. Y por la cercanía al parque central, pude ver varias cosas, aún con mi pie malito. Next time I am in the city, I will stay here.

This was a beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the lake. The room was clean; bed was very comfortable; it was very quiet. The restaurant upstairs had great food and overlooked the lake. The staff was helpful. There was a discrepancy in the Expedia price and the hotel price and the manager honored the Expedia price. I would highly recommend this hotel. We travelled to San Buenaventura for a quick weekend get-a-way with the kids and had a surprisingly great time here! The two level suites were great, with wonderful views of the lake, fireplace, extra ponchos for the cold, good beds, fully equipped kitchen, great private terrace with carbon grill.
