"Somos un matrimonio que disfruta la isla de Puerto Rico y d3scubrir y encontrar lugares para compartir ....y en pocas palabras el hotel nos ofrece todo lo que buscamos en un hotel grand3.... desde llo que fue conoce4 su historia hasta quedarnos en el lugar...le sirvió a descubrir lo q ofrece el hotel ...es espectacular lleno de paz y tranquilidad..bienvenidos"

"My husband recently stayed at Buen Café Parador. His room was in one of the village-style little houses rather than the main hotel building. The first night was difficult because the room was close to the village area, and it was very noisy, making it hard for him to sleep. The next morning, he spoke with the receptionist, who was very helpful and moved him to one of the village houses located toward the back of the property. After the room change, everything was great. The new room was much quieter, comfortable, and he had a very pleasant stay. We really appreciated how quickly the staff resolved the issue. If you're staying in the village houses and are a light sleeper, I recommend requesting one of the rooms in the back."

"This hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. The major problem this hotel has is the parking lot. They have an open Casino for the public and there’s barely any spots available when you rent a car which by the way it’s a must because that part of the island does not have Uber or Lyft only taxis but you have to google search taxi companies."
