We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).
Very central to Akihabara without being in the chaos itself. 1.5 blocks to nearest train station made it easy to travel. Firm mattress and pillows didn't hurt my neck or back as hotels usually do. Staff always friendly and always had what I needed (iron, ice, on-time cleaning). Imo there was zero road noise as other reviewers mentioned. The only thing to complain are that the dining chairs could use more cushion, basically none left.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. Hotel was slightly out of the hustle and bustle which provided a needed respite from the craziness of Shinjuku - though it was an easy walk to get to nightlife options. Definitely recommend the hotel - it was relatively inexpensive as well.
Our family of 4 (two teens, two adults) had a great stay. Loved the efficient use of bunk beds, and in-room kitchenette and washer dryer were an added bonus. The rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy the complimentary coffee and ease into the day.

Great location in Asakusa! Convenient to multiple train lines, food, shopping and temple grounds. Rooms are bigger than anticipated but minimal storage, no drawers and small closet. Premier lounge was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. 4th floor izakaya style food court was not up to par and disappointing, chose elsewhere to eat. Kobe restaurant is over priced and seldom busy. Uniglo store was a great! Don Quixote is a tourist trap and overpriced! Recommend and would return.
The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.
