This is the most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed in Europe. Fabulous new renovation. Large rooms, shower and plenty of storage. Very quiet. The staff was awesome and very helpful about options for trips outside of the city. Lovely, lovely, lovely. Can’t recommend enough!
Hotel is perfectly situated in the core historic area of Bolzano. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The Südtirol Guest Pass provided to guests allows use of public busses, trains and the Renon cable car - we used it multiple times. Rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful time at Förstlerhof. After a day of hiking we enjoyed the Spa area of the hotel. The restaurant and staff is also really nice.

Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the bus station-they are adjacent to one another. There are plenty of great restaurants just steps away.
The rooms are a decent size for Europe-with bathrobes and slippers in the room. The room was clean and quiet with a tea and coffee maker in the room along with tea and cofee.

This hotel is a GEM! We loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The rooms were comfortable and the views from the 2-bedroom units were amazing! We spent hours in the morning just enjoying the view. The amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend a stay as the hotel as it is has not only beautiful surroundings but also the Junior suite room was sleek and comfortable.
My wife and I chose Castel Hortenberg for our stay in Bolzano, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived through our departure. Secure parking with private gates. We stayed at Sachsenklemme for just one night to break up the trip from southern Germany to Venice. It's a great place for both parent end children. The hotel is situated very close to the main highway. The kids got to run rand in the playground and had fun with the zip wire and tramopoline. The grown ups enjoyed the beer garden and the great food. The hotel is surrounded by high mountains. The only drawback is the constant noise from the highway.
