"Very nice stay and welcoming staff"

"The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price. "

"The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa before but this was easily one of the best and most fun experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler. The indoor pools had messaging water jets and the saunas were so spacious and clean. Additionally, the free hotel activities like riding through town on E-bikes were an absolute blast! I was fortunate to have Davide from the hotel show me around town and he was incredibly friendly and even showed me great spots to eat in town that only locals know about. I was here for 3 days and I can surely say I cannot wait to come back and bring my girlfriend with me. This hotel was an incredibly mature spot, with a gourmet restaurant and minimal kids, so there was never a time I was annoyed by another guest."

"The check in process was easy. The room was impeccable clean. The bed very comfortable. The accommodations provided just what was needed. It was not overly fancy but certainly adequate. It was perfectly located in the center of town right by the beautiful waterfall. The included breakfast next door was just right. Very pleased with having choose this place"

"Egi is such a sweetheart and this place was incredible. She offered a restaurant suggestion that was less touristy and more authentic than the one we had already chosen and made our stay feel like it was our home. Very quaint and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. "

"Lovely hotel with a great spa. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was small in the European style, but certainly comfortable enough, with adequate air conditioning. There's a large parking lot situated adjacent to the hotel that can fill up on weekends. Breakfast was excellent with responsive staff and a wide selection of continental breakfast fare, There was also a small selection of hot foods available. The grounds are well kept and while not expansive are peaceful. The spa was a highlight of this stay and was very enjoyable. Many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, but old town is a bit further away, "

"Property was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite nice with a large comfortable bed and good air conditioning and a little deck with chairs and a table just outside the door. Black out curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice with quite a few food options. The 2 pools (1 for children) looked large and very nice unfortunately the hours are from 9am to 7pm so missed this. Due to the heat, allowing it to be open later would have been nice but otherwise a great stay! "

"Perfect Peaceful Panoramic Place! Two minutes drive from town, five minutes by bike or a 25 minute walk. Simple breakfast sweet or savoury. Options to have lunch/dinner or enjoy a delightful Aperol on the terrace! Helpful, kind and friendly staff. Super clean! Ideal getaway for resetting your mind and soul! 🙏💚"
