Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.

We loved our three day stay at this lovely hotel. The views from the hotel of Lake Como and the City of Como were outstanding. We had a corner suite with two large floor to ceiling windows with views of the City of Como and its duomo as well as looking down the length of the lake. Our two sided balcony was amazing.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). The MIlan Suite hotel is a quiet hotel in a quiet neighbourhood and is a short 10min walk to the Villapizzone train station. There is also a bus stop right near the hotel that can take you to the city center in around 15mins. Staff are very friendly and check-in was very fast.

This hotel is only a three minute walk from Milano Centrale Station which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke English. The room was a good size and was very clean. The only to keep in mind is that the shower is small and would not accommodate someone of a larger size. Luckily my wife and I are not big people so it was okay. Would definitely recommend staying here.
