"Everything about this hotel was amazing except for the sewer smell in the restroom. I would book again for the price and area. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe staying here. Francesca at the front desk spoke very good English and was very helped with pointing me in the direction for things to do. Highly recommend a balcony room or suite. The view is insane! "
"We had a wonderful stay - the room was fabulous, the location great and the breakfast was delicious. Served in the cafe downstairs - simple, but just what we needed to start our day.
But most of all was the warm welcome we received from the owner and staff that made our trip all the more special.
We would not hesitate to come back to this hotel when we come back to Napoli - and we will as soon as we can. "
"room was amazing for the most part when i checked in room type was not available. property attempted to give me a twin room but i refused based on reservation and in term they provided with a suite that was above and beyond and exceptional with the upscale decor and amenities and spacious. the hotel lobby was modern and endless dining options in and around the hotel "
"Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "
