Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. Special thank you to Sabina who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a warm smile. Her service was magnificent! By the way breakfast choices were excellent, they even had many vegan choices .Desk staff Andrea & Francesco were very friendly & always gave a warm greeting .Francesco who helped us with our bags gave...
It's great place to stay with the best panoramic views, friendly staffs, and new and convenience facilities. I really recommended this place, if someone want to visit the Rome and Tivoli areas.
In honesty, I didn't expect a lot. I work for a major airline and I stay at many large hotel chains. On this visit to Rome I was traveling with my teens on a tight budget. The pricing was too good to be true. The staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the Coliseum, Palatine and the Forum amoung other important ruins as well as the Metro train! At the doorstep of the hotel were several sidewalk cafes that are open...
The hotel Donna Francesca shares a building with other hotel companies. I believe each company has their own floor if I’m not mistaken. Hotel Donna Francesca was on the fourth floor. I was able to access it via elevator or stairs. The cleaning ladies kept the hotel very very clean and organized. The hotel was kept at a perfect temperature. The breakfast options are simple yet delicious! I would order cappuccino with a croissant, pastry, and yogurt. This hotel felt like a home rather than a...
Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities. Within walking distance of The Pantheon, The Colosseum, The Trevi Fountain and a lot of other attractions. A wide arrange of tours were available booked through the front desk, The staff were extremely helpful and always concerned as to how our stay was. The buffet breakfast was better than most and we were always greeted and offered fresh squeezed orange juice and espresso. Probably one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Europe.
We had a great couple of nights at Rome Life Hotel. Quiet yet beautifully located in Monti. Nice bar, fantastic breakfast and neighborhood restaurants abound. Recommended!
This is my second stay, my first was 11 years ago. The hotel has deteriorated in the past decade with no obvious signs of refurbishment. I love the property. It is so beautiful! I haven't seen a bad room yet and even when we stayed in a separate building, we had a beautiful view. I enjoyed my stay but there were a few issues. The staff is spread too thin. The bartender is also the waitress (she ran in to make our drinks and was quickly gone to finish dinner service). The front desk/phones are...
Location, location, location. This is a very pleasant hotel in simply a great location. The Roman Forum literally is located out the front door of the hotel and the Coliseum is 2 blocks away. Over a 20 year period I have stayed at this hotel several times for business meetings and on vacation, including this most recent visit in April 2017. The rooms are typical of an older style Italian hotel meaning not huge but more than adequate ( with all of Rome at your feet who is going to spend a lot of...
The staff was all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. The hotel was walkable to most all attractions and sites. It was in a quiet and safe area by the American embassy. The rooftop garden patio was a wonderful place to relax day and night with scenic views of the Vatican and city. A great escape from crowded, noisy streets. I will gladly stay here again. It was close to the train station for easy access to and from ports, destinations, and airports.
What a great experience for first time in Rome. The staff at front desk Silvia and Alvina, the girls at the tour desk. To staff in the breakfast room, the person in front calling taxi , each person excellent and beyond expectation.
Breakfast and the choices were amazing. Its like everything in Italy is on the menu pizza, cake to most pastries. Excellent choice of tea, coffee fresh juice. Staff excellent.
Rooms are even better, clean I mean to every corner looks pristine. Beds are 5 star...
It's conveniently located within a 10 -15 walk of the main train station. It's also relatively close to the major points of interest. There are lots of great restaurants nearby as well.
The design and decor was upscale and very clean.
I'd definitely stay there again!
We were very pleased with this property. We felt very welcomed from the time we walked in and our room was very comfortable and cool. After a long day of travel and the heat, we could not have been happier. We also enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options and excellent coffee.
