We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.
Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!

We arrived by car late at night. The hotel is on an alley off of a road. Google directed us there correctly (not the case for many places in italy and particularly away from Rome). Nice off-street parking with shade trees in a garden right behind the hotel- but in view of the main building. Check in desk was open after midnight and attendant was helpful and informed. Room was clean and ready. We had a family room with bunk beds and a queen/double bed. Very basic but also very clean throughout....

I loved staying here. I highly recommend this Hotel. It’s not close to Sorrento, so renting a car is a good idea if you fly or train to Napoli. The road to Almafi coast is crowded and narrow, plus difficult parking anywhere, so I would suggest the ferry or bus.
I didn’t know they had a shuttle service to the train station until my last day. I could have saved a lot of money. The taxis are Very expensive and the shuttle was 2.50 compared to 20 one way.

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. Great property. The only down side is that the gate for entrance and after hours does not lock - its not broken it just doesn't lock. Any one can walk in off the street. This should be secured with an entrance code or key.

The staff here at the front desk are really wonderful. I am terrible with names (both the remembering and the spelling) so I am not sure but I want to say Agnes, Ivanah and another woman.
