We drove in late in the evening and was delighted to wake up to a tasty breakfast buffet and the stunning location in the hills. It was a very spacious room with modern amenities.
You really need a car. But you get so many nice beaches and cultural things to do, that you wont spend all the time at the same places. The hotel is new and everything perfect. Just for a familie with two kids, the room is to small. Breakfast is nice and the orange juce everyday fresh!!!

We stayed at Castello di Monterado for 8 nights but wished we could have stayed for a month! Orlando and Kira were wonderful hosts who left nothing to chance. Everything was spectacular from the views from the pool and our rooms to the surrounding area.
