The hotel was great, however the Maitre De in the restaurant was a complete jerk! I decided to try it and she was acting fine until I said that I wanted just an appetizer and from that point on she completely ignored me and was speaking very negatively about me to my waiter (who was great) She thought that I couldn't understand what she was saying in sicilian however I understood what she was saying and it was NOT GOOD!
Excellent service. Great breakfact. Air conditioning worked very well which was very refreshing. The rooms were amazing. We had to leave very early on our last day and was going to miss breakfast so the hotel staff packed us a lunch!!! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff assisted us every day from finding a great place to eat to assisting with locating relatives. By far the best B & B i have ever stayed at.....
Villa Kete is beautiful. The rooms and grounds are impeccable with beautiful landscaping and great views. The pool is fantastic, especially given the intense heat of Sicilian summers. Sabrina was very friendly, helpful, and kind. They also serve a very nice breakfast buffet. The only drawback is that the owner lives at the hotel and walks around almost inspecting everyone. This is a lovely BnB overlooking the fields and hills outside of Agrigento. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great balcony. Breakfast featured home-made baked goods. It's a quick 10-15 minute drive to the Valley of the Temples.
It is convenient to drive to the Valley of the Temples and walkable to restaurants. The apartment is up one flight of stairs. Remote entry is easy if you have internet access. The place has 3 bedrooms that share a full kitchen. Parking is on the street, which is very quiet in a neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.
We loved everything about this property! It is a historic building set in the beautiful Sicilian countryside, close to the lovely baroque town of Naro. The rooms are very comfortable & and very well appointed. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The owner and staff were extremely kind and helpful! We highly recommend it!
