This was a great location for an overnight stay before boarding our cruise ship. We were able to fly into Rome, catch a train to Saint Marinella and find our way to the hotel with no trouble.
Santa Marinella is a lovely seaside town. Palazzo Moresco is across the street from the beach. It's in walking distance to excellent restaurants. Every meal we had at the local restaurants was exceptional, and we stopped for scrumptious Gelato every night. Breakfast was included with the room, and was absolutely delicious. It is a small hotel with a rocky beach in Italy and the people that worked there couldn't have been nicer.
The lady at the front desk was super helpful and attentive, showing us where everything was, helping arrange transportation for the next day, generally just making us feel welcome, and making the trip so much better. The simple food options they had on site was small, but again the people were friendly and made the experience very nice.

We had a marvellous time in Cavalluccio. It was great from all perspectives: staff was attentive and helpful, the apartment conditions were great (large, spacious, amenities, bathroom, terrace, super comfortable bed, kitchenware), the private beach and pool area were very nice (I even could make use of the padel board and others), the bar outside was nice. We really enjoyed and valued our time there and we will be back someday. I can definitely recommend. Grazie!
This property is very comfortable and Frederica is an absolute doll. This was my second stay at Casa Dharma and I would happily stay again if the opportunity presents itself.
It is not possible to have a cleaner room than this one. There are beautiful marble floors, pristine and modern bathroom, and table and fridge with varied beverages and snacks included in the price. Francesco is also an excellent host, explaining everything in detail and patiently answering any questions.
If I am ever in Civitavecchia again, this will be my abode of choice!
We only stayed for one night but it was great! The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. The bathroom and shower were amazing!! It is only. 15ish minute walk from the train station, minutes from the beach and 10 minute walk to the shuttles to get to port to catch our cruise. We had a balcony that overlooked the street with an ocean view. We would stay here again if we ever go back to this port for a cruise!
