Everyone associated with the facility was very friendly and welcoming and we so enjoyed staying there that we wished we had booked more than one night! We liked the class and taste. Hotel is brand new with good lighting in the bedroom, bathroom and public spaces. Breakfast buffet and the cappuccinos were awesome. Very friendly staff, nice neighborhood and close to San Marco. Very close as well to the a boat station.
The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

Everything was amazing, we only stayed there for one night but it was totally worth it. The hotel is amazing, modern yet themed as antique, room was beyond amazing, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and hotel staff were amazing special thanks to Alessandra at the reception who was very nice to help us with everything we needed!!
