This was one of the BEST hotels that we stayed during our vacation, new, clean, best staff, wonderful brackish , the only problem was the miss info about the location, which I think Hotels. Com was responsible for it. Otherwise everything else was better than perfect
Hotel was excellent with helpful front of house staff. Location worked for us as we could easily walk into the town center. Breakfast was very good. Only irritation was that while it is a non-smoking hotel they allow smoking on balconies and don’t separate those who want to do so from others. We had smokers next door and this precluded us getting fresh air and using the balcony.
Great hotel right in the middle of the old town! Everithing is close! The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The parking was safe and the breakfast delicious.
We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store.
I stayed here only for a matter of hours (waiting for an early morning flight). The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind and friendly - that was the biggest takeaway for me. He helped me store my medication and everything, which I really appreciated. Thank you for a restful few hours Nuovo Alberto Operai. Hope to stay again.

Gorgeous hotel. Our room was incredible! We got a junior king sweet and it was lovely on the top floor. Only strange thing was there was no shower, only an amazing tub in the beautiful bathroom. If we were staying longer this may have been an inconvenience.
Even in many five star hotels, the food is just very good. The food at your hotel was exquisite! The staff was wonderful, the location couldn't have been better, and the view was wonderful. We'll be back!
