"I was greeted warmly upon arrival and helped with my bags by a welcoming Front Desk associate named Alfredo. Prior to arrival the staff was communicative and really went out of their way to arrange for an early check-in as I was traveling from a very long distance.. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The A/C worked well and the breakfast was delicious. Note that there are a lot of stairs if you do have heavy luggage. The location of this hotel is truly fantastic. I was able to easily walk to all the main attractions and catch the bus to the airport."

Breakfast was ok. Loved having access to the beach club. Our room looked good but was let down by a smell of damp and seemingly no ventilation in the bathroom."
