, wonderful find and the true gem. we really were surprised too find a hotel like this at this price in such convenient area.we were greeted like celebrities and helped with the luggage. checkin was flawless even though it was in the late hours and it's a great deal for breakfast as well so it was truly a comfortable and memorable stay.

The hotel is outside the city center in a mixed residential-commercial neighborhood. It seems to be pitched to commercial travelers rather than tourists and for that reason emphasizes functionality over quaint charm but sometimes a tourist needs functionality.

I booked Room 1. The canopy bed and the fresco on the ceiling created a lovely atmosphere. You can see the street from the window and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the restaurants at night, but if you close the inner window, you won't be bothered by conversations. The breakfast was also delicious, and I was very satisfied.

This property is without a doubt among your top listings. The location is delightful and 15 mins. away from Lucca city center. In other words, have fun in the main city but relax and fully enjoy this pearl in the outskirts of the city. The room was clean and comfortable to my satisfaction. The owner and his wife are professional and kind above all standards (they also booked for me a late-night dinner in the best restaurant of the area). Beautiful hotel - a gem - beautiful surroundings by the sea. Loved the breakfast. Very good food in the restaurant, but you can’t be in a hurry.. Situated in a very small and cozy village. Avoid room nr 208 because of a strong smell. We will definitely come back.

Excellent, exceptional stay. Cleanest sheets and linens, wonderful service and amenities. When my son left behind a stuffed bear and a sports t-shirt, they sent us a picture, let us know, and connected us to a shipping company that is sending it back to us. It was a super easy process. They think of everything.

Very nice hotel. Huge rooms, great breakfasts, and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a quick trip to Pisa.

Greta location. Nice size room and bathroom. Simply furnished, not luxurious but clean. Tall ceiling and bright happy room. Great staff and service. Terrific breakfast included. I’d return there

My stay was amazing. The hotel is clean and the staff very nice and friendly. Always happy to help. On my last day they tried to secure a taxi to take me to the airport but there was none available so one of the hotel staff left his post to give me a ride to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. He didn’t have to but he did. I was really grateful. Will definitely be staying here when next I visit and will definitely recommend this place

This was perfect for a one night stay in Pisa! Clean room with bright big windows (top floor so no worries on privacy) and friendly reception. The cafe downstairs was a perfect quick breakfast as well.

Fantastic stay. Very close to many of Pisa’s attractions and the train station. Clean property and good breakfast spread!

Hotel is old a little dated but the room was clean and the area had a couple of restaurants and a supermarket about 10 minute walk . Lots of parking available. Breakfast was not my favorite but they offered free breakfast. Leaning Tower of Pisa is about 10 minutes by car. Not much to do in that town other than seeing the tower and many restaurants and shops in that area.

The location and views were fantastic. We had an easy 20 min drive to Lucca each day. Perfect mix of peaceful vineyard and olive tree landscape with easy access to Lucca city restaurants and shopping. Owners and staff were wonderful.

Hotel is small but beautiful. Room was of good size. Bathroom neat, big and modern. Staff is very friendly. Location is the best. Clean, clean, clean!!
