"Great location with back door access right into the old town, and very friendly staff. Newer property and very nice, well-appointed room. The only thing which we'd change if we stayed again would be to ask for a room on an exterior wall of the building. Our room was an interior one with the main door onto the corridor, and another door onto a common outdoor area. As the heating was switched on for the season (March), the air conditioning was switched off, which meant that the room had no ventilation. In order to freshen the air inside, we regularly needed to open the door to the outdoor common area which could in theory compromise privacy. Fortunately, there never seemed to be people out there while we were staying, so it worked out okay. But exterior room next time, and we'd absolutely stay again. Lovely place."

"Staff was excellent, very clean. However our bathroom sink was not draining properly and this was mentioned to staff on day one of our stay and it was never fixed. Also our room (201)was next door to the service room and it was very very noisey. We asked to switch rooms and we were told No. "
