"Amazing experience with a fantastic room and a very courteous and attentive staff. It was a very nice and relaxing stay after a very long flight. It gave us very easy access to the main places of interest in Delhi and to locations we could meet our friends."
"LOCATION:
The location of this hotel was great. While it’s not the closest option to Delhi International Airport, it was still conveniently reachable. Considering Delhi’s heavy traffic, being near the airport was a definite bonus. Using Uber to get around from the Hyatt Regency was convenient, as drivers could pick up and drop off directly at the main entrance.
STAFF:
The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. Their commitment to excellent hospitality was noticeable throughout the stay.
HOTEL BREAKFAST:
The breakfast was impressive, offering numerous options to choose from. The only minor drawback was the wait time to enter the restaurant, especially on weekends when the hotel was busy, but this seems inevitable given the hotel’s size. Breakfast hours were from 6:30 to 10:30am.
DINNER: I recommend going out of the hotel as there are better options/experiences at local cafes/restaurants.
ROOM + CLEANLINESS:
The rooms were spotless and well maintained. I appreciated the smart TV, which allowed me to log into my Netflix account. The bathroom was well-equipped with both a shower and a separate tub.
ROOM CLEANERS:
The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. They went the extra mile in small ways that really stood out and added a personal touch to the stay.
EXTRA TOUCHES:
The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations during my visit. The attention to detail and the small thoughtful touches made the entire stay feel very special and memorable."
