The Kinvara Guesthouse is a jewel. It's big-city lodging in a small, cozy Irish town. It's the kind of town one sees in Irish travel books and brochures. Parking is available in front of the guesthouse, on the street, essentially. They have an elevator (lift) which was a big help for my wife (and me with our luggage). We had a huge room on the second floor with a view of the "plaza" in front of the guesthouse. The bathroom was more than adequate. Our only complaint is that there were no wash...

Reception staff are welcoming and professional, and very helpful. They excel at making you feel they are there to make your stay better: transportation, directions, shopping, sightseeing suggestions, etched.
