The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage.

While it is separated a bit from the main city area, you are a quick 5 minute walk to all shopping points and main points of interest (churches/ castle/ dining/ ect). The staff was exceptional! They were very accommodating and helpful even booking dinner with amazing sunset views. The hotel was right on the main pedestrian strip in Oia. Like most hotels you have to walk down and up a few steep steps but the views are worth it and they provide someone to carry your luggage. The hotel is modern and luxurious. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Lia and Christina went out of their way to make dinner recommendations, took care of booking our cars and boat trip.
