Staff was exceptional, Anastasia at the front desk was amazingly helpful and willing to help us with activities. Amr, housekeeping was very thorough and helpful. Craig bartender was great! Breakfast had a really good choice of foods, and the service was good. All staff were friendly.
The location was perfect, right at the bottom of Victoria Street, which is rumoured to be the street which inspired Diagonally in Harry Potter."

Love the design and the hotel looks new although been open for some time. from the champagne welcome, to complimentary mini bar and snacks restocked daily to the champagne breakfast this hotel delivers on many levels! It is now our go to for trips to Edinburgh for both business and pleasure reasons."
