"Staff, amenities and general cleanliness were amazing. Only thing stopping 5 star reviews were some maintenance issues that could be easily sorted, new silicone, loose door hinges etc. Overall a great stay, my partner noticed no issues and was very happy, I would say that I noticed them being in a building trade and that the average customer would not."

"The room was clean, the bed is quite comfortable. The location is alright. The entry to the hotel could be a struggle for new guests at the hotel. I found it difficult to locate the entrance. A guide to the assigned entrance( which is entrance 2) for entry to the hotel would be ideal."

"Really enjoyed the pool and steam/sauna in the leisure centre. Lovely location and nice rooms. Staff were polite and helpful. Really wonderful interior and setting. Well placed dining area or beautiful sunsets and beachfront views. "

"Inside this hotel, it is very outdated. The room I stayed in was dirty, marks all over the walls and ceilings. I tried to avoid being in the room if I could. The staff were okay - when I checked in - I was not told about WIFI code, restaurant opening hours, gym etc. I later then discovered when I asked - there was a A4 document he should've given me. I eat in the bar as was told restaurant would be busy even though it was empty. I would not be going there again. Advertisement is misleading - is it really Glasgow??"

"I stay at the Parklands Hotel every year when working in Glasgow, I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Lovely hotel, great staff, amazing breakfast."
