Copthorne Hotel Newcastle
10/10 Excellent
"Great view of the tyne"
Delta Hotels by Marriott Newcastle Gateshead
8/10 Good
"Bar staff could be better trained . No chilled wine by the bottle . Tried to service us warm rose in an ice bucket"
Grand Hotel Gosforth Park
8/10 Good
"Staff lovely, nice room with everything you needed lovely choice of breakfast (pay extra) Bar/restaurant food was nice but bottle of Diet Coke very expensive I thought swimming pool was included in price and was disappointed you had to pay £7 per day which was expensive if you only wanted a swim"
Lumley Castle Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Room and food and bar areas were all clean, hotel itself is amazing with its historical background, staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. All in all a fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable stay."
Maldron Hotel Newcastle
8/10 Good
"It would have been a 5/5, but for a poor breakfast. Staff are lovely 😊"
Great North Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Quick , efficient and welcoming check in. Spacious car park Rooms are very clean and comfortable with aircon and a good range of , tea, coffee, biscuits etc. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of self serve and menu options. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and despite being on a busy road the hotel is quiet. "
Royal Station Hotel
8/10 Good
"We tried to sign in on line but the link didn't work. We had to complete the sign in which took ages. The screen form was certainly not user friendly. No address look up from a post code, didn't recognise England as a country, or UK or Great Britain. What a welcome to the hotel! Room was ok but no opening windows so it was like a sauna. There was a fan in the room. Breakfast was excellent made better by the attention given by Michael and Lorraine. If you need a bus Lorraine knows the best way to get from A to B."
The Sea Hotel
8/10 Good
"Hotel good location for sea front. Downside noise in an evening especially from local immature car drivers who like to impress no one with their stupid noisy tin box cars. Staff were polite and really efficient. Rooms were ok possible 7/10 but not cleaned thoroughly enough for me so 6/10 is more applicable. Needs an update in general both inside and outside areas. Overall a mixed bag. Good food, great staff. Needs to be cleaner and needs decorating updating."
Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa
8/10 Good
"Nice location easily accessible from the A19. Once you arrive, nice and quiet. Nice room."
