The staff were very good Breakfast good and fresh. The place is great . However, This place is not quite suitable for daily commute to Geneva. Public transport 4 and M ends early and if you finish late it’s a challenge you have to walk a long distance . One day I waited 1 hour for Uber from the border to the Hotel 2.5 kms from around 10 pm and only got to hotel after 11 pm.

Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.

Truly excellent refurbished building, with beautiful touches. The gym is not worth a visit really though, need to be invested in a little

The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. This time we had a deluxe corner room and the views were spectacular. Staff are very friendly and professional. Restaurant is lovely. Supermarket a few minutes away and there are bikes for you to use to explore. It’s going to be refurbished in November and more rooms added for 2020 so will definitely be...

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.

I loved staying here. Very classic and personal. The hotel is extremely well located in a peatonal plaza and surrounded by high end boutiques and many restaurants. The hotel is small but beautiful. All the rooms are different in decoration. Loved the restaurant and the staff. Would stay here again. You can walk to the Old Town

Excellent hotel. Breakfast had ham, cold cut meat, pastries, orange juice, mix fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, tea and coffee. Service for breakfast was outstanding. Great one-night stay at Hotel D. We loved the convenience to Gare Cornavin train station -- a 5-minute walk. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Room was small but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bathroom very clean with toilet separated from shower/sink. Would stay here again.

Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

Had an amazing stay here. The hostel is newly built so everything is quite new. It’s not located close to the city centre but it’s only about 15-20 bus ride away. The bus stop is right outside the hostel which makes it very convenient. It also includes. Breakfast!! There’s toast cheese cold cut, multiple kinds of yogurt and drinks. Their coffee is very good! This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.
