"Very helpful staff who helped us by talking directly with the Uber driver who for some reason couldn't reach us and insisted on we walk to his location! After some conversations in French with the uber driver, the hotel staff cancelled the Uber order for us and booked another one which arrived soon after. I wish I had got the name of the kind staff guy ~ we were in a hurry to leave."

"The dormitories are great spaces and really well thought out and put together. The bunks and cupboard systems worked really well, and having aircon was a god send. The room was spotless, the reception area and restaurant were nicely decorated and had a nice feel. We didn't book the breakfast as we assumed there wouldn't be any vegan options, but I did pop in for early morning coffee and they had Oat & Almond Milks. Only a couple of things that I would've liked was a kettle in the room and a window that opened, even if only slightly, just for fresh air. The staff were lovely and helpful in both the reception and restaurant. The location was great, not walking distance into central Paris, but a very easy bus ride from a close by bus stop. We'd definitely book again"

"I’ve stayed here before and what I like about this hostile is that it’s very clean. I was in a private suite for four women (which I like because that way I know I’m only sharing the shower with three people versus for everybody) and I believe they come in and clean the bathrooms every day. Bring a towel or purchase one at the front desk, staff is very friendly and helpful! My warning is that during the summer, there is no AC; Paris was having a heatwave, so I didn’t get much sleep as there was no air circulation. It was fine when I stayed during the spring, as it was cooler. Otherwise, great place to stay for reasonable prices!"
