"The check in process extremely complicated because the was no one at the reception even though that it was at 14:00 the hour of the official check in. The old lady who was checking in before us was so stressed out and nervous about the whole situation. It shouldn't be like that. That was our first time in B&B that there was no one at the front desk. On top of everything they change the code to the main door everyday so the hotel is locked like a fortress and you have to call them and ask for another code to enter the building."
