We accidentally made our reservation for one day earlier than it should have been. The staff did everything possible to make the needed changes without complaint. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, area is perfect. Would highly recommend!!
First of all, the location is just great. Right around the corner from the Musee Granet, only about 4 short blocks over from the Cours Mirabeau and oldest part of the city, less than 10 minutes (on foot) to the Fontaine de la Rotonde, and not far from the Hotel de Caumont museum. The street is very quiet, and has no cars - except taxis that can lower the access control posts. Just a block from the Rue d'Italie, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Located right next to the large fountain in the heart of the Old Town, our room was very quiet despite 2 sets of large windows. The best feature of all, at least for us, was the gym. This was not a small room in the hotel with a few machines. They give you a card and a towel so you can access a full size gym that is located in the alley directly behind the hotel. It's literally like a 20 second walk to a full size gym! The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, there was plenty of hot...
Could use more tables in the garden, as it was a wonderful place to have breakfast or relax. It was hot outside while we were there, and the central AC was wonderful. Perfect temperature in the room. We really enjoyed Grand Just!
We loved this place from the moment we arrived. We were shown to our room which was comfortable and clean, small and simple. We threw open the shutters and windows to catch the cool breeze and sunset. We took a quick swim as the last rays of warm sun shone. We had a wonderful 3 course dinner and wine for two and then breakfast in the morning, both outside and enjoyed the view of the gardens and surrounding fields, all of which were bathed in light reminiscent of a Vangough painting. Wonderful stay. The staff is super friendly and the service is superb. The hotel is Super stylish, a wonderful combination of modern decor and Provençale vibe.
The room was small but cozy. It lacked a view, but the window provided good airflow. It fit my solo traveling needs perfectly. Good central location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff who spoke English, and good wifi. A bit noisy at night, but in fairness I left the window open.
The room was gorgeous and very historic. Website said the property has an elevator, which isn’t true for some parts. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to help haul my luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. It was a bit precarious bringing it all down to check out. The breakfast was absolutely lovely.

Not far from the street car and the metro so we could navigate easily to and from Old Port and beaches day and night - and some cute bars and cafes nearby for when we were lazy, or enjoying apero on our balcony which faced a cute courtyard.
We spent 6 nights here as our home base for exploring Marseille and had a lovely time! Would stay again when visiting Marseille for sure -
We stumbled upon this hotel at the last minute and we couldn't be happier. It's PERFECT. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had breakfast in the gardens...exactly how you'd expect a French countryside hotel to be. It felt like we were in our own home. We LOVED this hotel and would definitely go to Aix en Provence just to stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay. Spacious room, aesthetically pleasing, bright space. Prime location & very walkable area. We enjoyed to cafe downstairs for some cheese,wine & to people watch. Would stay here again.
