We accidentally made our reservation for one day earlier than it should have been. The staff did everything possible to make the needed changes without complaint. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, area is perfect. Would highly recommend!!
We had a great stay. Nice and comfortable room, quiet hotel, places in the hotel to relax outside the room, excellent breakfast, caring host. We were there off season so we did not get to enjoy the grounds, which looked fantastic.
I highly recommend this hotel. The setting is unbelievably gorgeous and the staff was very professional. We were treated like royalty and the facilities are beautiful. The pool, the spa, the grounds, the dining options, etc.
The hotel staff was very helpful when it came to renting bikes for a half a day, renting a car, getting a driver and they helped us with all of our dinner reservations throughout.

The hotel owner was so accommodating and kind—great with corresponding. The option to purchase parking in the nearby garage was easy and I’m glad I did it, as I arrived in the evening and street parking wasn’t readily available. The garage is a little tricky to understand navigating in it (one set of steps is odd floors, the other even floors), but I was given good directions (and a map!) for the area when it came time to walk back home. Estelle and her staff were super friendly. Her hard work has paid off...she has made this a paradise retreat in Provence. It was perfect to relax on the last day of vacation in the beautiful gardens and pool. The rooms were very large, well decorated, and the bed very comfortable. Thank you so much Estelle. This property is absolutely amazing. It was clearly built as a labor of love by the owner, Jourdan. Gorgeous stone and marble construction. Beautiful pool area with views down to the farmlands and Luberon mountains of Provence. Stephanie was incredibly helpful with all aspects of our visit. The Petit Déjuener is superb with wonderful pastries, baguette, fruit, cheese and meats. Great Cappuccino! And various juices and locally made yogurt.

Very nice property and grounds in excellent condition. Excellent rooms - clean and well furnished. Location is several km outside of St. Remy with little else nearby which we enjoyed, but having a car or a means of transport is key. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly expensive and average. Highly recommend!!
Hotel is a little hard to find, but has a (short and safe) pathway to the center of the small village. Staff is very friendly and helpful - 5-star service, including getting ice for us, even though it is strange for the French to use so much ice. Rooms are small, but so are 90%of the hotel rooms in France. Absolutely a wonderful area to spend two days in.
Beautiful location, and grounds. Charming buildings and excellent place to have dinner and take in the view. Food and food service were top notch. The decks on the suite are a fantastic place to relax after a day of exploring with sweeping views with a lot character. The staff were all very helpful (exception of one preoccupied with personal phone so as to forget about our request for drinks to be delivered to poolside, got remedied after the second visit to front desk 30 minutes later). ...
First of all, the location is just great. Right around the corner from the Musee Granet, only about 4 short blocks over from the Cours Mirabeau and oldest part of the city, less than 10 minutes (on foot) to the Fontaine de la Rotonde, and not far from the Hotel de Caumont museum. The street is very quiet, and has no cars - except taxis that can lower the access control posts. Just a block from the Rue d'Italie, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants.
