We had a great stay here. Our room was clean. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast options were substantial. The bar and restaurant were good and reasonably priced. And we really appreciated having a pool to enjoy on a hot day. I would certainly stay here again.

Iris and BJ were wonderful hosts. In advance of our visit we communicated about our diet (vegan family) and they were able to provide us a nice breakfast every morning. We visited the area during warm weather and the swimming pool ended up being a refreshing part of our stay during the late afternoon hours.

The absolute best location outside the city walls, you are literally right outside the old city walls. Staff was super friendly and offered to carry ours bags to our room and gave hand written suggestions for restaurants without asking. Our stay was very reasonably priced as well. We saw the bad reviews some left before booking and laughed so hard when we arrived and saw the reality. Those reviews must have been from old fat people with silly expectations....it was 3 to 4 times as nice as we...

A beautiful very short drive from castle. The country road is picturesque and the hotel is very nicely remodeled.

My family and I had a last minute adjustment to our agenda and needed accommodations stat! Mark at the Brit Hotel Basquet was fantastic; a great host, very friendly, generous and helpful. For a 3 star hotel it definitely encouraged me to provided a five star rating. The only slight negative was a slight odor of cigarettes in the room, but I got over it quick. Thanks for everything Mark!

We had a difficult time finding the hotel, even with a GPS in the car. It turned out it has changed its name to Audotel only, so the GPS did not recognize the original name. If we programmed "Audotel" only, it would have been okay. Breakfast is overpriced, I think.

It was a totally delightful stay. The room was perfect. Location was excellent. The staff were so helpful. Food was delicious and that fourth floor bar is a blast. Really delightful. And the parking underground was so easy. Thank you.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition. One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. This made coming and going from the hotel a breeze, and I appreciated not...

Got upgraded to large, carpeted room that was a joy. great place, very helpful and dinner on site was from heaven. Should be Michelin starred if it isn't, at least 1 maybe 2, just superb food.

Lovely small, modern hotel located close to the ancient city/castle near Carcassonne. Clean and quiet. Pool and hotel restaurant are very nice. Service was excellent. Helpful staff. Owner was present as well. Friendly and helpful. Nice restaurants within driving distance, but not walking district. Hotel located in what has become over the years a somewhat industrial area. Originally, it was in the countryside.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Citè Carcassonne, the car par is just outside, and the baggage porter gave us a ride up to the property, being inside the Castle walls will give you a unique feeling of connection to the past

Loved the location. The AC didn't cool very well. It was set at 16 and only reached 24. Great receptionist.
