Thank you Javier for your hospitality. This place is clean, convenient and beautiful. Perfectly located. You cannot ask for anything better. Can’t wait to come back to Cordoba!
What a wonderful boutique hotel. I booked this hotel without really knowing what I was getting into and I was blown away with this hotel. It is a wonderful boutique hotel with the most detailed amenities that we truly enjoyed from the covered verandas, to their outdoor patio with daily drinks (self serve "honor" bar) with refreshments, water, wine and nuts, etc. it is in a perfect location within the old center and yet right around the corner from the hop on hop off bus, square with taxi...
Amazing building in the perfect location - right in the main town plaza, straddling the downhill historical area, and the uphill shopping district. Plenty of restaurants and lively street life at your doorstep, but don’t worry, Córdoba doesn’t stay up late, so you should have no trouble sleeping, even if your room comes with a beautiful view onto the plaza.
It was incredible! The most beautiful home. Small boutique so we felt we felt cared for constantly! We stayed in two rooms because we decided to stay longer (kind bed, double bed) and each room was so gorgeous. Modern and brand new everything, yet they’ve managed to preserve the history of the building. About 25 steps away from the Mosque and old town center. Julian checked us in and spent lots of time explaining the history of the hotel and Cordoba. We would go back to Cordoba to simply stay...
This is a wonderful hotel. It is unique with the poems and sayings written on the stairs, in your room, and on the walls. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with the usual Spanish jamón, quesos, fresh squeezed juice, good coffee, and a wide selection of breads. It is located in a great place which is a short walk to all of the good historic sites. We took the bus tour which included a walking tour of the judería section of Cordoba. Both were...
This property exceeded my expectations! Front desk staff was kind and thoughtful. The suite itself was roomy and the decor was darling. The beds are firm and pillows comfortable. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast—so glad we chose to add it! Convenient to everything in old town. We would stay again!
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean, I had a single with a private bathroom located just across the hall and it too, was clean. There was a heat/air conditioning unit in my room that worked perfectly and the kitchen, although I didn’t really use it, was also clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of cooking implements.
In the morning, there was plenty to choose from for a continental breakfast. There was a cappuccino maker, a hot water kettle, and instant coffee,...
The location was super great just right across the street to The Mesquita! Our room was very large and the bathroom was very large too. Having a 'safety' box in the room always makes it nice! A very lovely entrance and decoration and a very friendly staff. We had a double bed which was great for a couple. We do not recommend double single beds because the beds part in the middle if you try to snuggle. Cordoba, Spain was charming and the Mesquite was superb!
This was a little oasis for us. We got to cordoba during a heatwave and the hotel we had reserved near the downtown cathedral was ineffective in keeping us cool. We pivoted at 3pm and booked the AC hotel. It was immaculately clean. The shower was the best I’ve had in Europe during our vacation. It’s almost directly across from the train station. It has a bar and breakfast (not included in our booking). Check in was painless, and we all (family of 4, two rooms with double twin beds) slept so...
We enjoyed our one night stay. We arrived before check in, and asked to store our bags until then, but instead the Califa very kindly gave us our room ahead. We walked easily to the Califa from the train station, and from the Califa to the old town. We were able to spend the day sight seeing - lovely! Our room was neat, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely appointed, spacious, and with good towels. A delightful choice all around. Thank you, Califa!
The management of Los Olmeyas was extraordinary! We felt welcomed and well taken care of. Of great help was their assistance in using public transportation (Google failed us) to get to their hotel. The departure was even more smooth!
