This is a nice property to stay at. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is clean and modern and has garage parking. The restaurant had a great selection of food and everything we had was very good. Included breakfast was great, including individually prepared dishes. The staff were great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to help.

Explorer Hotel Berchtesgaden exceeded our expectations. The rooms -- with all having an amazing view -- provides a very efficient use of space. The breakfast buffet is outstanding -- offering an array of delicious items. And the service staff was top notch.

I booked this room because of its location and was not disappointed. The price was great, especially for how close it is to downtown Salzburg and its sites. While the room was small, it was clean and well appointed. Nearby street parking was convenient. I would gladly stay here again.
This hotel really surprised me for the better! We mainly booked in order to have a separate bedroom for the kids, but since it was cheap, I decided to book the all-inclusive, not sure if it could really include our dinner. It did and it was good!

This was a wonderful choice of hotel to stay at in Salzburg, Austria. The hotel was located in the old part of the city and very close to river and the rest of the things to see in Salzburg. Yes, this is a building that was built in 1512, but the rooms are very modern and surprisingly large. The front desk staff was very helpful. The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The views are amazing and the hotel is something out of a good movie. The staff were terrific. We went on a guided one hour torch nature walk that the hotel puts on Friday night. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.
