We picked a hotel we thought would be good but, when our driver heard where to take us and drove us by he said he didn't feel comfortable leaving us there and I had to agree it was a very bad area. Over the last year or so, I have been a regular guest at the Flemings hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel room clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best.
The staff at this hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful during our 3 day stay in Frankfurt, Germany. The Hotel is beautiful, has unique rooms, is reasonably priced and environmentally friendly. It is in a convenient location with restaurants and a market within walking distance.
There is limited parking at the Hotel but we were able to find street parking one street over near the Botanical Garden.

My stay at this hotel was incredible. I’ve never experience the top not hospitality from any hotel in my life. The staff was super friendly. They treated me like I was really special. The owner treated me like his only guest at the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give this hotel 10 plus

The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable.
