Centrico, puedes caminar por el old and new town. Tiene lugares cerca para comer y la estacion de tren a unos pasos. La verdad muy bien ubicados. Puedes caminar, la ciudad es muy segura.
Loved the location of the hotel. You can see the city below from the mountain and you can look at the Alps mountain range. You can also go on a hike. I wish I had more time. I will definitely visit this location again.
The hotel is family owned and they all make the stay enjoyable. They are friendly and provide help if needed. The room was very clean and the hotel is very near the train station.
Hotel is very nice. 25 minute walk from the old city. Had problems the first night with the AC but these were resolved the second evening. Excellent breakfast. Would stay here again.
Explorer Hotel Berchtesgaden exceeded our expectations. The rooms -- with all having an amazing view -- provides a very efficient use of space. The breakfast buffet is outstanding -- offering an array of delicious items. And the service staff was top notch.
And you can't find a better location to the popular attractions. Bus line 840 and 843 is a quick 10-minute trip from the Berchtesgaden train station. And the boat ride and Jennerbahn are 1 and 2 bus stops respectively.

We have stayed there for 2 nights the hotel is clean the staff is helpful and in vicinity to the centre. You have free parking for car. Breakfast is great but costs 13€ for adult, kids have free of charge. Overall great hotel
I enjoyed staying here so much that I came back during the same trip for a longer stint and stayed an additional night on top of that. I would definitely consider returning when I am once again back in Bad Reichenhall
